Sirens' Season Ends

The Sirens' Owners, Players and Coaches would like to thank all of our fans and sponsors that have helped us during this 2007 season. Once again the Sirens made it to the second round of playoffs for the IWFL Western Conference Championship but met a great opponent in the Detroit Demolition. The Demolition will continued on to the IWFL Championship game where they overcame the 2006 IWFL Champions, the Atlanta Xplosion.

Sirens Advance In Playoff Hunt

The Sirens came out to dominate Saturday when they defeated the Seattle Majestics 29-12. The defense shut down the Majestics aerial attack as they caught four interceptions from Seattle Quarterback Michel Volk; one of which was returned for a touchdown by Ashlee Sharp. Jennie "Q" Quan also had a standout game on the offensive side of the ball pushing through defenders and adding a touchdown of her own. The win sends the team to Detroit to face the Demolition, who also advanced to the second round of playoffs. Although you may not be able to attend the game, you can support your Sirens by donating to our travel fund.

Sirens Shut Out Scorchers 25-0

The Sacramento Sirens were in playoff mode on Saturday at Santa Rosa High School. This was a do or die game for both teams with the winner advancing on to the IWFL postseason. The Sirens Offense came out strong, the "O" line and backfield doing their job as they marched down the field. The Sirens Defense once again proved their strenghth on the field with a terrific goal line stand and a goose egg for the very tough Scorcher team. The Sirens are advancing to the first round of playoffs for the 7th season in a row.

This year, my team members and I participated in the Race for the Cure! The Sirens Team raised over $5,500 for breast cancer research.

Check us out . It's not too late to make a donation.
